Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of every DIAZ product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all original packaging and tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Securely package the item(s) and include your RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and specify the item you would like in its place.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
