All DIAZ products are crafted from 100% natural bovine leather, tanned and cut at our own facility in Ambato, Ecuador — a family-run tannery we have operated since 1989. No synthetic materials, no shortcuts. Hardware is made from solid brass or stainless steel with premium finishes.
Keep leather away from water and direct sunlight. Clean with a soft, dry cloth and condition every 3–6 months with leather cream. Store in the provided dust bag when not in use. Natural markings and patina development are normal and add character.

All DIAZ products are backed by a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item or experience a quality issue, contact our team and we will make it right. Normal wear and patina development are characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

Yes. We own and operate our own tannery in Ambato, Ecuador, where we control every step of the process. We use 100% natural bovine leather — a by-product of the food industry.
